Running with Cait
A business friend was in town so we did about 6.9 miles together at 6 AM today. The route was around Lady Bird Lake via Longhorn Dam.
2008 Austin Marathon running course
I signed up yesterday for the 2008 Austin Marathon course from Rogue Training Systems. It will start Labor Day weekend (9/3/2007). I will be taking a beginners course because I just want the exercise and not all the pace pressure. I also plan on running the Austin Distance Challenge, but again at a more relaxed pace.
