About a week ago my right heel began to ache after my daily prep hikes. I’ve now come to believe that I’ve got a case of Planar Faciitis. This might be a show stopper, ugh!

Really hope that it’s not a show stopper Tartan. Fingers crossed for you and hope it can be managed and the show can go on.
I’m using a foam roller on my leg and foot several times a day and it’s helping, but all I can hope for is that the road walking that I’m now doing will be replaced by trail hiking and that I will be able to handle it on trail.
