yeah right, that gull durn monitor is so large and wide that I'm getting a sore neck having to turn it from side to side to read it. Also this is the first monitor where I don't want to maximize any windows because they become too large and spread out. I know, I know, I should have such bad luck... Oh yeah,, today I finally got it to display the full 1920x1200 on it from MS Windows after having downloaded and configuring a non-standard (bandit) device driver for it. Oh my gosh, it is so cool I just love it.
As I said before, you are going to be blind and deaf(well, in one ear anyways)...also you are surely going to go to blockbuster and pick-up some games, tell mom that you are going to work when in actuality you are going to play video games on your nifty computer...
glad you are somewhat(as in moving computer to read strain) enjoying your new toys :)
Ooo, wow, mine at work is only 1680x1050. And I had a heck of a time trying to getting X11 and the proprietary nvidia drivers to display the native resolution across a reboot (after installing Feisty Fawn). Err...
