A new phrase
One of my co-worker said the phrase "beer goggles". I had never heard that phrase before. I asked her to explain. She said that it is the situation where someone is inebriated and views the world in a different manner. Specifically she said that when her friends have beer goggles on they think guys are hotter than they really are. Hmmm, interesting...

You probably mean beer goggles. I wonder what beer googles would be like, though. The possibilities make me laugh. A bunch of drunk dorks sitting around a computer saying, "no man, google this: xxx".
Ok, OK, I messed up, but I realized it and fixed it before your comments were received [I just love to sit and read my previous posts because their so good], and Jane's comments definitely made me chuckle, gawd I'm such a dork.
oops. yeah. meant beer goggles. goggles is *especially* hard to type in our age of google.
At least I know that we're related, BECAUSE YOU DID THE SAME TYPO AS ME. HA!
Actually, I posted the day before it showed up. I wondered what was going on...I was afraid that you took offense and deleted my comment :(
And remember, it's not just a bunch of dorks, it's a bunch of *drunk* dorks--it makes a big difference in the imagery.
