I completed it in 48.43.7 or 7:51\/M. It was hard, and I&#8217;m glad that it&#8217;s over. Here is my heart rate.<center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/1fifoto.com\/running\/images\/HR20050312.png\" width=\"100%\"\/><\/center>I also sent my goals for 10K (7:42\/M) and 5K (7:26\/M) to Steve for the course. Somehow he&#8217;ll use all this information to create paces for me. My goal is to complete next year&#8217;s marathon in 3:45 or 8:36\/M and qualify for the Boston marathon, therefore, my goal paces are based upon the McMillan calculator for that time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I ran my fastest 10K today.
