This means that I&#8217;ve got to run 2 miles warm up and 14 miles at MGP. The question is what is my MGP. I&#8217;m always trying for 8:30\/M, but I think tomorrow I&#8217;ll just have to see how it goes. With the heat I assume I&#8217;ll not make 8:30M probably more like 9\/M.
