Maybe it is because I try too hard. I looked back to <a href=\"https:\/\/1fifoto.com\/running\/2007\/09\/time-trial.html\">last year<\/a> and I ran it in 15:13. This year I did it in 15:46. It&#8217;s so much fun getting older and slower. Oh well suck it up &#8220;old man&#8221;, and keep on plugging &#8211; one foot in front of the other. Maybe if I just lose a bit of weight I&#8217;ll speed up &#8211; yeah right, I&#8217;m such a weirdo thinking that way.
